Banaam, meaning “strong, younger brother” in the Bundjalung language, symbolises our commitment to supporting businesses in understanding their Indigenous employees and applying Indigenous principles to their organisational structure. Just as Banaam supports the elder brother (known as “Gogaun”), we help organisations cultivate a culture of inclusivity, respect, and collaboration.
